FAQ
Do I get an order right after applying?
No. Applying only enters the source-factory review flow. Buyer matching depends on your credentials, capacity and demand fit, arranged manually.
Will my data be published?
No. Application data is used only for review and supply-chain communication, never resold or published, and we will not auto-publish you as a "verified / published" supplier.
Can I apply without certifications?
Yes, but certifications (ISO 9001 / HACCP / FDA etc.) strongly affect overseas-buyer matching priority. Provide what you have.
How long does review take?
We confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete manual review promptly; we contact you if more materials are needed.
How we handle your information
- Application data is used only for source-factory review and supply-chain communication.
- We do not resell or publish your company / personal data.
- We are in a build-up phase: if you match current or upcoming overseas demand, we contact you.
- You may ask us to delete your application data at any time.
